Do not hire her or her inept team. Highly disappointing. Huge communication barrier. Even though we went through everything that was needed for my special needs dog not once but 3 times they never did what they were supposed to do. Dog ended up getting sick and I had to take the dog to the vet$$$, then Jackie one of her workers, left every freeze dried bag of food open, $98 worth of food now soggy and probably growing bacteria.
