They did my parents roof 2 years ago in Evanston and they did a terrible job they did not install ANY ventilation not even a box vent there is nothing which caused their shingles to start peeling up and caused several leaks all throughout the house after just TWO YEARS... just helped them purchase another roof from a much more professional roofing company. STAY AWAY. The pics in this review are from the attic space showing lots of black plywood from the leaking.
Local company, great results, competitive pricing, and amazing service throughout. Insurance forced a roof replacement. What I thought would be difficult to bid and complete as it’s a duplex with separate owners, turned out to be a great experience. Alpha roofing had competitive pricing with roofers from the city. Nate came out and measured, we discussed a few things over and scheduled a date. Had a leaking roof with bad weather approaching. I called Alpha Roofing in the afternoon. They made me a priority and got to my house that night the same day. They made my roof their priority to repair before the storm. Easy to get ahold of, great communication and EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend Alpha Roofing!!
Needed some work done on my roof, called alpha had great communication. They knew exactly what I needed the first time, got me scheduled and taken care of sooner then expected. If you need any roof repair done Alpha is the way to go!!!
