I hired this company to repair a leak in my roof, and within a month, the leak was back—worse than before. When I contacted them, they were rude and unprofessional, refusing to come back unless I paid again. The work was clearly rushed, and now I have to hire someone else to fix their mess.
They quoted me one price and then tacked on several "unexpected charges" once the job was halfway done. I ended up paying nearly double what we agreed on. I asked for a breakdown, and they refused to provide clear documentation. Dishonest and greedy
What should have been a 3-day roofing job turned into a 3-week nightmare. They kept delaying the work, blaming weather and “supply issues,” even though there were sunny days and no shortage of materials in the area. Very unreliable and frustrating experience.
