I must say, if you value respect, fairness and proper business tactics, then do NOT do your business here. Web restaurant store online will deliver for free, plenty if great places in Rhode island to get equipment as well. they wont give you attitude. This guy is picking and choosing his customers like they are NFL draft pics. Disrespectful and treats his long term customers like trash after we helped him build his business.

i own 4 restaurants and Alpha refrigeration is the only place i am getting my all equipment's from last 10 years. Family owned about 16 restaurants and he served most of them. i just call the nick and things are done on time. i ordered the true two door freezer thru nick which is back order, but nick provided me another two-door freezer by the time i get mine delivered so i don't feel like i am out of freezer. so, they take care their customer and i am one of the happy customers of alpha.
