I had the pleasure, yes pleasure, of working with Dr. Riar recently. After suffering a trauma in 2022, I'd been lost and did not have the skills to deal with the PTSD I was experiencing. With kindness, knowledge, empathy, and a sense of humor; she helped me process this trauma. She helped me to learn new skills that will forever help me to address negative situations that are bound to happen in life. I can say with all certainty that this has changed my life in a way that I am not even sure I can measure.
Dr. Manreet is a great psychologist. She is easy to talk to and I feel very comfortable opening up to her. She is helping me let go of a lot that has been holding me back. Using EMDR therapy has also brought up a lot that I didn't know was built up inside. I would recommend her for anything you are going through.
