Shocking service, scheduled a quote from several pool companies on a rare free day for me. Rep from Alpha was upset that another pool company was at the property and had to wait 3 minutes, (appointment was at 10, other company left at 10:03). No communication that they were unable to wait 3 minutes, they just left and said they can’t come back until next week. Being our first pool and spa, we were understandably nervous, however we knew what design we were after. John and the team at Alpha Pools put us immediately at ease. John, an absolute professional, completely understood what we wanted from the start, and he made it happen. John, Phil, Connie, Marina, Andrew (Alpha's very switched on plumber) and Dion (their incredible perfectionist tiler) all did an amazing job.
