If I can give Colin 6 stars, I would. I removed an old dishwasher and the faucet was over-tightened so I couldn't turn off the water. The water just gushes out of the pipe. I turned off the water main and went to Colin to buy a cap to stop it. Colin used his creativity from years of experience and fixed the over-tightened faucet for me. He wasn't going to charge me anything... I insisted on paying for the cap (cheap, as well) that I came to Alpha PMS for.
