Armando at Alpha really saved the day at our 28 unit condo building when both boilers failed over the blizzard weekend. He was on site working in the snow and dark with knowledge and motivation, got one heater up and running, and was able to source the needed parts and return to fix the other when no one else had been able to. He displayed a thorough knowledge of our complicated building systems and did an excellent job restoring hot water on a freezing cold weekend. Thank you Armando!
