Thanks for a really efficient & friendly service. Contacted Paul with a boiler issue in the morning, he really went out of his way to help us & the issue was resolved by the evening.

I called Paul up for a very peculiar commercial issue that another company couldn't solve and had previously misdiagnosed at the cost of £500 to the business, he said he would call in the next day and asked for a video to try and diagnose before he got here to help save time, he was friendly, knowledgeable solved the issue and came in alot cheaper than the 2nd quote I received from the first company that had already tried to solve the issue and quoted for the second time on something entirely different from the root issue. Chose Paul based on good reviews here & they're totally correct. He responded promptly, asked for photos to save an unnecessary quote visit (as the issue could be seen in pics & video), gave me prices for a few options, gave great advice to guide mt decision, set a visit day & was in touch to update me of his timing on the day. Came & did a top notch job, explained what he was doing & sorted the problem (old loo overflow pipe & siphon & flush).
