I had a blocked waste pipe and had tried several plumbers who did not ring me back. Paul got back to me quickly and arranged to come out within the hour. He explained his prices up front. He cleared the problem in 5 minutes. He then fully tested the system and cleaned everything up while giving advice on what to do next time. He was really friendly and professional. Price charged was exactly as quoted. Would not hesitate to use him again.
Paul and the team were punctual and tidy in their work. They offered great advice on the works we needed and did a fantastic supply and fit job. Communication was excellent and we will definitely contact Paul again for any future works we need. Highly recommend!
Paul from Alpha plumbing & heating services came in to finish up a job from a plumber that left us literally in the cold after doing the first fix.
