After moving into our new home, we discovered that the plumbing under our kitchen sink had not been connected to the drain, and there was a crack in the p trap. Nathan came out and replaced all the plumbing under the sink within a couple of hours. He did an excellent job, and his clear communication made the whole process simple and stress free. Highly recommend!
Booked an appointment with Alpha plumbing for our basement work. Nathan explained everything and gave a good quote. Nathan and his apprentice both were on time. They are very professional at their work and also very easy to deal with. Thank you alpha plumbing for getting the work done quickly and efficiently. The technician, Nathan, was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job replacing a gas shutoff valve. Alpha's quote was much higher than I expected for water tank replacement, but Nathan doesn't set those prices.
Excellent service! I was given 3 options to fix my problem with no pressure to do more work than necessary. The young man texted his picture when he was enroute so I knew who to expect at my door. The work was done quickly with no messy cleanup needed after.
