The water heater went out Monday night. I called Alpha Plumbing at 8:30 the next morning. Angela worked with me and the home warranty company. She is amazing working with the insurance folks. The plumber, David came by around 10 am to get the visual info the insurance required and was back in the early afternoon to install the new water heater. Very friendly and professional. I never had to wonder what was going on.
