I went there last week. Explained the pain areas to the acupuncturist. She probably placed the needle way too close to the nerve, and I screamed out of excruciating pain. No apology nor explanation from her. Debated whether to go in for the 2 nd appt today, 2:30 p.m appt. No confirmation text nor call. I went and waited 30 min., but nothing. So.. I got up and left. At 3:20 p.m. the office called but I didn't answer. I do not recommend them.
I have so much to say about this clinic that I could write pages and pages. But I will keep it short and sweet. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Clara and everyone at Alpha Physical Therapy. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. My 89 year-old mother went to this practice for pain and mobility issues. We decided to try acupuncture and with consistency, the benefits were impressive. My mother's balance and pain improved as well as her overall quality of life. Dr. Clara is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job explaining the issues to her patients.
