Just let everyone know that Jason Caden is the worst people to management the house of alpha. He charge to much for parties and then you when come to the apartment he go back his word about agreement for the rent. Because our apartment had bed bug that came from the walls from other apartment and he was mad he had pest control come out again to spray for then raise just my rent from $475 to $550 where everyone else stay at $500. I don't know who rented this place out on 12-30-2023. I was under the impression that I was dropping my daughter and niece off at a teen party. By the end of the night, my niece was highly intoxicated. Got attacked by another teen. A shooting took place. My daughter had to fight off people and took off walking trying to figure her way back to where we were visiting. No real security. Security was the teens with guns. They were selling alcohol to teens. Do better with who you rent out to and have them hire real security
