This is one of the best and most cost effective facilities I have used in the Huntsville area. Having used the facility in the past, they have done many upgrades and the person that manages the facility is amazing. They provide a very clean and well managed gathering hall. Do not rent this place. Jason was horrible. The place didn’t have AC and bathrooms and floors were dirty upon arrival. He lies and finds petty things to not give you your deposit back.
Great place to do business with! Book for your next party/event! Spacious, tables and chairs included ( may have to order more depending on how you set up) . The owner is very understanding and caring!
Just let everyone know that Jason Caden is the worst people to management the house of alpha. He charge to much for parties and then you when come to the apartment he go back his word about agreement for the rent. Because our apartment had bed bug that came from the walls from other apartment and he was mad he had pest control come out again to spray for then raise just my rent from $475 to $550 where everyone else stay at $500.
