Jerry was amazing! He fixed the door on the breezeway of our storage facility so fast. He is always so nice when he comes and takes care of business
I will say this they say the will call you back and good luck trying to get Amanda to call you back!! If they don’t like what you have to say they will just GHOST you after telling you they can help you with your issue!! They haven’t been around long enough to know that Customers are number 1 priority. They will bad mouth every other overhead door company and make you feel like they got you but TRUST me they definitely don’t for you!! Stay clear of this Husband and Wife duo!!

I had an excellent customer service experience with alpha overhead doors. I had problems with my commercial doors and I needed someone to repair them, on the weekend before an event. I spoke with the owner of Alpha overhead doors, and he helped me to get our doors working before our event. I have limited knowledge of commercial doors and hardware, and Justin was very patient and helpful. I would’ve highly recommend his company To anyone who needs commercial doors or hardware installation or repairs at their business
