Communication: poor Urgency: non-existent It took me 9 weeks and countless calls, voicemails, and messages left to get a simple answer on warranty coverage. My poor review has nothing to do with the coverage… entirely to do with their ability to follow through. “I’ll get with my manager and call you back” “I’ll call you as soon as I can get an answer” “I’ll call you after the weekend” “Call me on Monday afternoon when we aren’t as busy” 9 weeks…. Bet the tune would be different if I opted to not pay for 9 weeks
Terrible service department, you make an appointment and they take your vehicle only to let it sit there for a week before "getting to it" and every day being told today it's going in. Still waiting for my vehile which has just 2 recalls. I'd rather take it to Austin or Houston than have to deal with this.
