Excellent service by Dr. Gor Baraegyan, very helpful and supportive assistants and front desk staff, Alina and Liana.
Just recently had a cleaning and whitening and all I can say is that it was great. The staff are all super professional and kind, and for someone who does not enjoy trips to the dentist, the Alpha One team did their best and made it a nice experience for me. I’d highly recommend them.
Amazing, very knowledgeable dentist. A place you can trust completely without worrying and be sure that you will receive the best care with the best outcome. Also, Liana and Alina at the front desk are an absolute pleasure - extremely friendly, willing to help out with any questions immediately, and make sure that you feel completely comfortable. I am very disappointed with this dental office. They charged my insurance for a cleaning that I never received, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they charge extra for treatment without clearly explaining the costs. The front desk staff is also very rude and lacks basic information. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this office.
