Have used them for years. But for the year of 2024 I needed a tax question answered. I phoned 7 times and never a return call. Also, I never received my copy of my taxes returned to me, to this date nothing in the way of any contact. Many texts and messages left, still no response .If you live next door to then it might work out.
Catherine had been my Tax advisor since 2010, she sure knows her stuff and is very professional at what she do. Fast responds and great advise from Catherine. Recommend to anyone that just need Tax advise or tax services
Horrible: I paid $3,000.00 months ago, taxes are STILL NOT DONE, I've called and sent email but C@therin3 will NOT call me back! Forced to seek legal guidance. What a shame - I feel extremely helpless!!!! - Heidi
