Mark, an employee of the company, found my brother's cell phone which had been left in the backseat of the transportation company's vehicle. Mark drove back to return my brother's cell phone. We appreciate the honesty and caring way that Alpha treats its customers. Thank you for the extra effort!

The switch operater is a complete, unprofessional uncaring, codensnding individual. This worthless incompetent is the worst person to deal with, never use this transportation services. I've waited hours for rides and got cancelled ride like 7 times in a row. Please lose your job you worthless space of space and become a janitor.
They ditched me 3 times. Thats 3 missed appointments. They confirmed scheduling day before, then changed it minutes before. I've had to wait hours for them. They ditched me after 2min. UNPROFFESSIONAL. UNCARING. UNHAPPY. AVOID.
