Don’t even waste your time. They are so unprofessional and do not call back, meanwhile you wait for them because you already went through everything with them then you get no call back, no text back, and no email back. I have never come across such a badly run business.
We had the best experience with Chad and A&O landscaping replacing our 5 foot crumbling retaining wall, which was a big project for us - square footage and cost. Chad listened to what we were looking for, made sure the timing worked with a big plant delivery I had arranged, was responsive, he and his crew showed up when they said they were going to, and got the project done on the timeline he promised. Initial contact was great. However, they did not follow up, not responding to voicemail, or texts. Totally unacceptable.
