Mike never showed. I called and left a msg but he never called me back.
My AC stopped working during one of the hottest times of the summer. The company I have been using for a while, looked at my unit for less than 5 minutes and told me it would be around $900 to fix due to me needing a new motor for the compressor fan. By luck, I found Mike’s number and gave him a call, due to him being somewhat local. This was the second time I used alpha omega first time they fixed my danai hot water heater great job near clean then Thanksgiving night there was a problem with heat system I called got the owner Mike he was very busy asked me to take photos of system and tried to help me get it going I couldn't he came in two hours and repaired the burner I cannot say how much we appreciated it professionally knowledgeable and a great guy thanks again Paul and Annette
The Representative was very caring and courteous. He explained the how's and why's of what was needed, and I did NOT have to pay an arm and a leg to get it. In fact, not only did he do a fantastic job in keeping my family from freezing, but his price was actually affordable, especially considering what he had to do.. . . I am both impressed, and extremely grateful.
