Stumbled into this place while visiting this part of the state and I've got to say it — this gym gets it. The vibes are immaculate from the second you walk in. No corporate stiffness, no judgment, no gatekeeping. Just real people showing up to put in real work, and a manager who welcomed me like I'd been coming in for years. My new home gym traveling, not super fancy but everyone good people there. And strongman which is hard to find
Alpha Omega gym has everything I was looking for- not only pretty much any piece of equipment you can think of, but also an expansive turf area with plenty of room to do dynamic workouts- my favorite kind. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their large kettlebell collection is one of my favorite perks of this gym. Highly recommend to anyone, either beginner or pro!
