Stumbled into this place while visiting this part of the state and I've got to say it — this gym gets it. The vibes are immaculate from the second you walk in. No corporate stiffness, no judgment, no gatekeeping. Just real people showing up to put in real work, and a manager who welcomed me like I'd been coming in for years. Alpha Omega gym has everything I was looking for- not only pretty much any piece of equipment you can think of, but also an expansive turf area with plenty of room to do dynamic workouts- my favorite kind. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their large kettlebell collection is one of my favorite perks of this gym. Highly recommend to anyone, either beginner or pro!
I purchased a week pass and really liked it. You get a 24/7 access key fob, and the equipment you get access to is exceptionally high-quality for the price. When I was there, it seemed like there was a strong sense of community among the members. If I lived in the area, I would be a member without question.
