This gym is definitely a gem and such a good find. It’s never crowded and open 24/7. Equipment is up to date and clean! They have a ton to work with and I’ll definitely be back soon.
I jumped into this gym when I was looking for a trainer to help me get stronger lifting. The staff recommended Monnett Performance Training based on what I was looking for. I loved the facility and my trainer, Andy. The gym was clean and had a huge selection of equipment. The staff was friendly and so were all of the patrons. I highly recommend!

I had a consultation with the trainer today and it was spectacular! I have very little experience with weightlifting but I felt right at home in this gym. I can't wait for the next session!!
I love the environment and energy in the gym. Such a great place to learn new things from the people around you especially, when I first started lifting 2 years ago. Definitely a great home away from home!
