I have nothing but good things to say about Alpha Omega Gym. The facilities are clean, the equipment well maintained and the staff and other gym goers are friendly and helpful. I have been working with my trainer, Nick Nye for 7 months. From the start he was attentive and listened to my goals as well as researched ways to accommodate my disability. He has helped me build a program that fits my needs and is always quick to respond to my feedback.

She's smart and understands what is needed and tailors your strength training that provides optimal results without injury. I've referred others to Ashley ,who also have referred others to Ashley. Stumbled into this place while visiting this part of the state and I've got to say it — this gym gets it. The vibes are immaculate from the second you walk in. No corporate stiffness, no judgment, no gatekeeping. Just real people showing up to put in real work, and a manager who welcomed me like I'd been coming in for years.
