I started off at Alpha on a challenge basis and a year later I am so grateful that I made that decision. The staff and members are very welcoming and supportive. All the trainers are amazing and help you reach your goals no matter what that may intel. Within the year of being there I have done two competitions which I never could have imagined. I not only found a new love for CrossFit but found even better lasting friendships. Love my gym family!!
Love this place! It’s literally the way I start and end my day. I love that I just have to show up and a workout is already planned for me. I don’t even have to think, haha just burn calories and build muscle. Vince the owner sets everything up for you to succeed. I was so nervous and insecure when I first started 8 years ago. Now it’s my home away from home. Try it!
Best gym in the HD. Amazing staff, amazing results.....
Nice gym, kind staff, great workouts. Never walk out dissatisfied. A mix of weight lifting and cardio makes for a perfect workout everytime.
