Alpha Omega and their crew were great, response and communication was amazing, their cleanup, knowledge and fast response saved us tons from all of the damage from the hail storm, Jordan and Aaron have been wonderful to work with
I can not say enough great things about Alpha Omega! They provided the proper clean up for a rental home of mine after the last tenants had a rodent problem. Did an amazing job! Jordan communicated through the whole process. And Kiara the technician did a great job the day of the service. As an active duty service member managing a prior home as a rental from across the country. It helps me sleep better at night knowing I can count on the team at Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration. Jordan and the Alpha Omega team did an amazing job taking care of my property. The place had a lot of issues going on and they made the process very smooth and professional so I Highly recommend them if you find yourself in a situation that requires their services.
First off, I want to say that Arron and his crew are superb. Courteous, timely, and communicate very well. Nate and Kiara, did a great job and went above and beyond in making sure everything met my expectations. I don't remember the other to helpers names but they did a very good job. And everyone I interacted was just a joy to work with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
I would also like to share my side of the story of what happened on Friday because apparently it’s not believable enough when I first brought it to the table. Long story short I came to ask my boyfriend a question and after I asked him a question he went back to work. When he was going inside of the house the girl in grey literally put her hands on her mouth in a yelling position and said take your shirt off… then she turned around and started laughing to the other girl as if it was a cute thing to say.
