Project superintendent Aaron quickly determined the source of our water loss and worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure that we had an insurable claim. Crew lead Jared communicated with us every step of way through the demolition and drying process. He maintained an extremely clean job site and left us in great condition and ready for rebuilding. 5 stars for the AO mitigation crew.
Jared and his team were wonderful to work with on our mitigation of water from a leaking roof Jared arrived, took a look at the problem and quickly had carpet turned back, wet sheet rock and insulation out of the house. He set up fans and the dry out began in record time. The team was respectful, hard working and wasted no time. They cleaned up the mess as they worked. I would highly recommend Alpha Omega for mitigation and restoration. This is our second experience with them. An exceptional company.
We had a water loss in spring of 2023. We called them to come out. Our insurance told us to fire them because they were not doing things to a national standard. A water loss is considered an emergency situation. The first thing they should do is demo the water loss area before setting fans.
