We had a water loss in spring of 2023. We called them to come out. Our insurance told us to fire them because they were not doing things to a national standard. A water loss is considered an emergency situation. The first thing they should do is demo the water loss area before setting fans. Got the worst housewarming present ever! A flood in the basement. Thankfully, Jordan Kroll was prompt and efficient and helped us get the remediation process started.
