Very unprofessional!!! I was told on Thursday December 4, that technician would come out to certify a scale for me. Jaiir, the person I spoke with said technician would arrive by 4pm. I waited until 7 pm. Tech never came and when I called Jaiir, he never answered. I was able to contact Jaiir again on the weekend and he told me he will get a tech for Monday morning. I waited all day for tech and he never showed up. Choose another company if you don’t want to waste your time! Very unprofessional business.
