This is a horrible company. I had 15 policies with this company and they screwed up most of them. Most of the staff that knew what they were doing has quit. They overrated my properties value then overcharged me in premiums then refused to refund and re-analyze my policies then sent me to collections. This company is full of unethical crooks, avoid this company like the plague

We had a lapse in our insurance with State Farm. My auto-payments stopped going through and we never heard from our agent, Mike Biggs, that this issue was occurring. I understand I am responsible for watching the payments. Even though they refused service, I continue to get offers (that they won't fill). We visited a different State Farm agent to work out the issue and they couldn't help us. They referred us to Alpha Omega. I went to alpha omega to get a vehicle title transferred because i work too much to do it myself. They told me they would have it done by a weeks time. 3 weeks went by and i actually had to take a day off work to get it done. I paid 300 dollars. They charged me a hundred for a cancellation fee. These people are ghetto and very unprofessional. I wouldnt go here if it was free...if there was a ridiculously poor button i would rate it. Ten thumbs down. I almost felt scammed and asked myself if it was a real business.
