*14 November 2023* The contractor and myself have come to an amicable resolution to the build of my twin shed. To be finished around March 2024. He had my last review hidden. *BEWARE* This contractor built a previous shed for me, so I trusted him when I contracted him to build a 2nd twin shed matching the first one. I sent him my hefty deposit on 10 August to secure a build date of 7 September. As of today 7 October he had only showed up to work one day and laid down the cement block perimeter. Do not use this company or contractor. He will steal your money and not even start the work. Make sure you have a good bank that will recoup your funds when dealing with this thief. Update: After disputing through our bank, it took 3.5 months for the bank to make the refund permanent. All it would have taken to avoid this situation was communication, but here we are. Don't give him your $$.

Willing to take your money but not your phone calls. I spoke to this person 15MAY when we agreed to do business on building a shed in my yard. 3 week wait he said. I reached out several times to 11Aensure we were still good and barely any communication on his part. Then said we were good for beginning of 07JUN. The day comes and he is MIA with no response. Just had a shed built and it is beautiful. Great price and very communicative during the entire process. He was on time and professional the entire way through. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
