I switched to this Alpha when it opened as it is closer to my house. I've been here for almost 2 years and the whole time I have been seeing my girl Annie. She is amazing!! My nails are always fresh and in the 2 years that i've been coming here no nail breaks, cracks or chips. She is highly professional, always in a pleasant mood and willing to help however she can. Annie your awesome, thank you always :)
The pedicure is great but the nail extensions done were not good at all. The shape wasn’t great kept mentioning it throughout but there was no ownership and plus was charged 55+ for those. Not happy with the service.
I’ve been going to Annie at Alpha Nails and she never disappoints! Her work is always so clean and precise, and she really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My nails always last and I get so many compliments. Definitely recommend booking with her🤍
Needed a manicure and pedi on short notice and Alpha Nail Spa was so accommodating. Easy to book online as well. The young man did both my Deluxe mani and Jelly pedi. He did a great job and was gentle which I appreciated since I have sensitive feet. He also gave me a small lotion bottle as a thank you for business. Decor was very welcoming and even had two workstations together for friends to have nails done together which was cool. Overall very happy with service, relaxation and price. Highly recommend
I had an appointment at 12:00 and arrived early at 11:50. By 12:30, my nail technician was just starting another client’s fill. Another client who also had an appointment ended up leaving after waiting 45 minutes. This was really disappointing and felt like a lack of respect for clients’ time.
