Byrd and Crew were incredibly punctual, professional, efficient, and hard working. They took diligent care of our house and our family’s belongings, giving an excellent impression for Alpha Moving and Storage. We’ve lived in Clarksville for a little over a year and used Alpha Moving for four moves so far (one residential move in, two for moving furniture across town and one full office move). They are wonderful! We had Dallas and Byrd for our residential move in, and wow, were we impressed! It was the middle of summer and literally 100 degrees. They worked nonstop. It's a totally unreliable company, management, and staff!!! We ordered their service right before Thanksgiving, and the sales manager, Rob Wilson, was very nice, but we could not reach him after. Perhaps his job is to sell, then the "heck" knows what will happen with the client. Then the booking manager, Ashley, wasn't so lovely. THE PROBLEM: they came without equipment, and they DID NOT HAVE PLASTIC ROLLS to protect our furniture from dust, germs, etc. At the same time, they had to pack and unpack in the agreement, but the... read more
Moved to Clarksville in March 2023 and used Alpha Moving and Storage to help us unload a moving truck. They did such a phenomenal job that once we found out we were moving again a year later, I knew I would want to use the company again. Dallas and team, were very easy to work with, polite, and treated our belongings as their own in an efficient amount of time. Thanks Alpha Moving for helping our family!
The three men from Alpha Moving and Storage were the BEST group of movers we have EVER seen!!! We have moved five times in the past 20 years, and these guys were the best we have ever had!!!
