Did not get to experience the hotel! I made a mistake on my dates - could not give 24 hours notice because I booked for the next day thinking I flew out of Brisbane early on Sunday morning but was flying 6pm Saturday not 6am sunday (I know this was daft) but I called the hotel within an hour of booking and was greeted by a lively English guy who said he would do what he could and that they would calll me back when the manager was in - I explained I would be in Thailand could we talk on our return, did not want a refund but a... read more
We stayed in the Executive Suite with Balcony at Alpha Mosaic Apartments in Fortitude Valley and were really impressed. The room was large, clean, and perfectly suited our needs for the trip. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, making check-in easy and providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and ideal for the reason we came to Brisbane, with everything conveniently close by. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back.
