I made an enquiry about organising an inspection and was told that I'd receive a call back after doing some investigation on the car. No call all day. After I followed up, he asked me to send some photos to help with the investigation and that he would call back after looking at them. No call back again. Would recommend George’s service 10/10. Responded to my enquiry in a few hours on a Saturday after a test-drive and deposit (subject to independent mechanical inspection), and coordinated with the salesman for a Monday meeting. I received a call on the same day with insights, and a written report to follow (check your junk folder if it’s missing). The informative rating system and summary allowed me to remedy any items which needed fixing before making full payment. George’s inspection report is an asset.

Had fantastic experience with George doing pre-purchase vehicle inspection of a used electric Volvo. George was meticulous in his check and gave me a call talking through all of his observations. I really appreciated the detailed report and photos I received, as well as his great communication, and it meant I bought the vehicle with absolute peace of mind. Thank you George.

I had very bad experience with company they are way far from honest most of his repot was wrong and I am planning to complain about it to the vcat .

George Did x 3 full inspections on x 3 vehicles after vendors not disclosing full information pre inspection. Nothing was an issue for George he gave me in-depth report on 1st vehicle of which I was horrified to find out on what I was lead to believe was a "perfect vehicle with no issues to purchase " The exact same on 2nd vehicle inspection,of which vendor kept a deposit,even though vehicle was not perfect as was disclosed.
