Ma’am Irene is the most caring lady. She has help me in ways I can’t even explain. Talking to her is comfortable and her feed back and solutions actually help. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! Highly recommend
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Alpha Mental Health Services was unprofessional, dismissive, and unsafe. I had my very first appointment with their psychiatrist, and within minutes she made assumptions about my medication history, refused to review any previous medical records, and twisted my words when I tried to clarify.
