My husband was admitted to community hospital emergency on june 8th. I tried to contact Dr. Santangelo every day. He did not contact me until june 13th! Totally unacceptable! I could not be at the hospital because of COVID 19, but to have to wait 6 days until my husbands "primary" doctor contacts me is inexcusable! I was calling his office and answering service. NOT PLEASED at all!
Dr. Santangelo is GREAT!!! He spends time with you, is very helpful, gets to the bottom of things with diagnosis. It does take a while to get in to see him but it's worth it!!! I've been going to him since 1997. Some of the office staff is not good (only a few) but most of them are awesome.
