They could hire a cleaning staff that really cleans the bathroom and the items in the bathroom. Makes you not want to use the bathroom there. Also, the seats in the waiting area are dirty and the patient rooms the baseboards are dirty. I love Dr. AB but his facilities are questionable.
Horrible customer service! I called to make an appt. This lady answers the phone and her name is Dayo. She schedules my appt and tells me its a courtesy appt. I asked why she says because i missed an appt back in 2013. What year are we in ppl?? What a way to treat a patient. So i tell her she is rude and she tells me she has 19 lines ringing and cant talk to me. Today is my scheduled appt. I get here and they tell me my appt is cancelled and i wont be seen.
