Dr khan was very rude today!!! It was my first time coming here and I had to go back to him twice today. The front desk people were lovely but the dr I had did not listen to me. He told me that there is no such thing as cold sores tablets there’s only cream when in fact he is incorrect. He then proceeded to ask me the name of them like it was a competition and I had to go back and call my old doctor and find out the medication. Arrived before my 2:15 PM appointment but ended up waiting until 2:45 PM, only to be told I needed to check in at the front desk to confirm my arrival. This wasn’t clearly communicated at all. If check-in is required, it should be made obvious during booking or in the confirmation message. I understand delays can happen, especially if a patient arrives late. Big shout out to Dr Sultana and the receptionist Indian Lady don’t know her name. I went this morning because of my severe allergies and they let me check first without appointment. Thank you so much. Dr Sultana explained me properly my allergies and what to do. She’s one of the best GP. Thank you Doc.
