Kara and Chad at Alpha Management are great people to rent from. In the 3 years I was a tenant they were always respectful and attentive, and they take great care of their buildings.
I rented with Alpha Management for roughly 10 months. My time as their tenant was great, the apartments were very nice and freshly remodeled. The owners of Alpha Management were also very courteous and Johnny on the spot when it came to anything asked of them.
I’ve been renting from Alpha for 3.5 years now. As someone who’s rented everywhere from, well, Bessemer/Ironwood to Minneapolis to San Diego and all different sizes/types of places in between, I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find that Alpha is by far the best property management group with whom I’ve ever worked.
