Kurt Vollmoeller is an incredible designer. He listens to buyers wants and needs and delivers in his design. He also had to step in several times to help the project along. Hence only 3 stars. The project took longer than projected and communication with the project manager was lacking and very frustrating. That being said, Alpha hired another pool site manager named Myles who was fantastic. He knows his stuff and once he was brought in on the project it finished quickly. Kurt and Myles deserve 5 stars.
