The service was really bad. The Filipino lady was very rude and did not know how to explain the procedure properly. When I asked her a question, she even yelled at me instead of explaining the situation clearly. I come here regularly for my tests because the service used to be very good, but now the staff has changed. This is the second time I have been attended by the same Filipino lady, and both times her service was very poor. The wait time was also two hours. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
Come here to get blood work done every few months. The Russian women that works there is very nice and polite and is very good at drawing blood painlessly. Would recommend to come here for any needs staff is polite and professional.
Oksana is amazing! Is attentative and professional respectful and welcoming right from beginning and most importantly very efficient and solution oriented and values everyone’s time. She values time and efficiency of the client and the business which is good for the business (because I will be now coming here if needed in future) and the clients. The people there especially the older filipino lady is not very respectful abd kind to patients. Disorganized too. They are asking to be respected then they should tespect us too! They dont get the right to yell at patients and expect us to be kind to them. The one patient doesnt have her health card ready and its like she already committed a crime. Change her!!
Long wait. Older Flipina lady needs to have better customer service skills. Grumpy and not friendly even though I was very polite and nice to her. June 8th. I would like to say that when I came back a few days later, she wasn't bad. I would like to think maybe she was having a busy day. I don't want her to get in trouble. My suggestion would be for her to soften her tone and smile more so that clients does not have the wrong impression of her.
