It’s been three months and they still have not faxed the results of my bloodwork to my doctor. Now I’m trying to get a hold of them. Have been on hold for over an hour and a half and still counting.
I have been waiting for one and a half hour to be taken to do my test in Oxford branch. There was only one employee doing everything as a nurse, receptionist, a clark etc.
Echoing what many other people have said - you absolutely need to have more than one person working. The nurse was very friendly and sweet, but she shouldn't be expected to do everything - answer phones, get people checked in, and take blood. That is WAY too much for one person, and it makes the wait time much longer. I was the second person in that morning, and I was still there for a full hour. Would have been even longer if I had chosen to stay. I left because the nurse couldn't find a vein, which has never been an issue ... read more
Honestly, the new doctor is the best doctor I’ve seen here. She took excellent care of me, genuinely listened to how I was feeling, and treated me with kindness and respect. I didn’t get a chance to ask her name, but I do know she’s Nigerian. Her presence has truly made this clinic a much better place than it used to be.
