I have been waiting for one and a half hour to be taken to do my test in Oxford branch. There was only one employee doing everything as a nurse, receptionist, a clark etc.
Echoing what many other people have said - you absolutely need to have more than one person working. The nurse was very friendly and sweet, but she shouldn't be expected to do everything - answer phones, get people checked in, and take blood. That is WAY too much for one person, and it makes the wait time much longer. I was the second person in that morning, and I was still there for a full hour. Honestly, the new doctor is the best doctor I’ve seen here. She took excellent care of me, genuinely listened to how I was feeling, and treated me with kindness and respect. I didn’t get a chance to ask her name, but I do know she’s Nigerian. Her presence has truly made this clinic a much better place than it used to be.
Does not answer the phone. Why have a phone number, if it doesn’t work? I called multiple times over different parts of the day and still no answer. I have nothing else to say in my review, because I have nothing received any services to report about because they do not answer their phone!! I guess I will have to try again tomorrow?
This place NEEDS an extra person , I mean the lady working here is not responsible for the wait at all, Mr Joseph Kurian you need to hire someone more for here , because this wait time is unacceptable UNACCEPTABLE! Lots of people NEED jobs . Even here before same old thing, WAITING . After waiting over an hour , we were number 16 she sent my husband to the room for his test , then she decides to take #17 because he made it known that his test was very small .
