I have had to get a lot of bloodwork done in the past few years. The woman that works alone at this location is exceptional in every way. She is excellent at taking blood and her kindness is exemplary. It is because of her that I will keep coming back to this location. Many thanks!
The worst ever i visited. Only one staff acting as receptionist, sample collector and the clerk. Its like hospital emergency- takes atleast 45 minutes for one patient. Small space with large crowd. If u have a full day to waste here, only then go for this place!!!!
I highly recommend Alpha Lab. The staff member who assisted us was outstanding—kind, professional, patient, and very understanding. She knows how to work with both adults and children and makes everyone feel comfortable. She is extremely skilled at drawing blood. The procedure was quick, smooth, and almost painless. Wonderful lab!
It’s been three months and they still have not faxed the results of my bloodwork to my doctor. Now I’m trying to get a hold of them. Have been on hold for over an hour and a half and still counting.
