I am a counselor at a Methadone Clinic and one of my patients came to your lab to have a drug screen for her job. The person lab tech insulted this person. She called my patient a drug addict and stated she owned a Methadone Clinic. That was the most rude thing I have ever heard coming from someone that is suppose to be professional. As a matter of fact is was insensitive and very hurtful to this young woman who is trying to turn her self around. And you say you own a Methadone Clinic. ????????
