Overall not a great experience. Ordered my metal for 2-4 day shipping due to a project deadline. After delays in the shipping process the delivery not delivered when expected which is not in AKS control since they did ship quickly. However the frustration comes when trying to get any sort of resolve. If I want to return the metal it’s a “restocking” fee and involves paying return shipping would be out almost 50% of my original order price. I've ordered blade steel from this company three times and every time it has shipped super fast, the quality of the steel was excellent, and very easy to work with since it came fully annealed. I really love that they have hardening and tempering instructions on every metal they sell. It comes packaged way more securely than steel needs to be. I will keep using Alpha knife Supply as long as I'm making blades. A friend of mine turned me on to Alpha knife Supply, so I'm going to have to buy him a case of beer.
