I cannot recommend Alpha. Before they had the job, communication was ok. Once they had my business, it deteriorated badly. Written emails said one thing; later, when those commitments became inconvenient, I was told: “Yes, that’s what it says, but that’s not what we mean.” They also lost track of my 50% deposit, despite their own automated system issuing a receipt for the exact amount.
