Terrible customer service! Posted two claim files through the post in which they then responded only about how they wouldn't pay for one of the claims. There was no information about the other claim and when trying to get in contact through email I get no response. It's been about half a year and I still haven't heard back after multiple claims. Utter rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!
