I ordered some polos and hats from Alpha impressions for my company and the customer service team was great to work to with, great communication and kept update on the status of my order. My polos and hats turned turn great! Good quality will use Alpha impressions for all my order.
Buyer beware! This is a drop ship company! They order cheap items, on the date ordered, from cheap vendors and mark up the cost. They survive from the profits they get by ripping customers off! They do not make anything in house!
Quality of work is poor and they do not honor their agreements with the homeowner and install the ugliest, cheapest plantings. In our case, they ignored the plot plan and encroached onto our neighbor's land beyond the property line. Now we will have to litigate because of their ignorance. We don't recommend them.
