I completely understand why this company have no workers! You can not bring food inside the home especially snacks you can not order DoorDash ‘ can not do this or that! But you can check the water temperature every day check the fire alarm do a fire drill twice a month time the resident eating time this time that , and the lady who I did my first day training with at House (Perry 1) was so mean to the girls talking about how they eat and how slow they are, but she eating a apple like it was her last supper!

I thought the training at Alpha Homes was very extensive and a great learning experience for anyone who wants to work in home health care. Was trained with professional staff present, presenting very knowledgeable information to help assist an employee with all job training job requirements. Very thorough and respectful. Thank you Alpha Homes for your professionalism!
