I really hoped for a great experience with Michelle, as I love supporting women in business. However, my experience with her fell far short of great. I sent her a check in April for partial payment to a cabinet company which they did not receive until July 3. The “plumber” she sent out was not licensed in Oregon or any other state that I could find. For someone who markets her self as a general contractor, she is not. We hired Michelle for a new kitchen backsplash and we are SO glad that we did. She has great communication, transparent pricing, and an incredible work ethic. She did a wonderful job completing the tile (despite severe weather!) and even took extra time to answer other questions we had about our house as new homeowners. We will definitely be using her in the future for any house projects. The quality of the work itself is top notch and she left our new kitchen looking absolutely stunning.

I waited to post this review because I feel like many people create reviews right after work is completed and this makes it hard to determine what you're really getting long-term. I can happily say that after a year and half, I'm still overjoyed with my tiny bathroom remodel and have had zero warranty issues. My project was by no means an easy one and Michelle helped me through the entire process. With most bathroom remodels, once things are demo'd, you tend to find "issues".
