Absolutely terrible experience. This company is basically a few guys pretending they can run an HVAC business. Communication was awful, the service was unprofessional, and getting anything handled properly felt like pulling teeth. Being a small company isn’t an excuse for poor workmanship and worse customer service. I wouldn’t trust them with my HVAC system, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

These nice fellas fixed my heater. I would have gone purple from nose to toes during the night if it weren’t for ALPHA home comfort. Highly recommend

I was not an existing customer, but my central air went out in the middle of a heat wave. I asked for recommendations from friends and Alpha came highly recommended so I gave them a call on a Sunday afternoon and my central air was repaired first thing on Monday (at my request). They were polite, professional, fast and fixed everything for an incredibly reasonable price. And the communication was excellent! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
