I was not an existing customer, but my central air went out in the middle of a heat wave. I asked for recommendations from friends and Alpha came highly recommended so I gave them a call on a Sunday afternoon and my central air was repaired first thing on Monday (at my request). They were polite, professional, fast and fixed everything for an incredibly reasonable price. And the communication was excellent! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
