Extremely SLOW service. The lady at the front made it seem like there was 2-3 ppl ahead ended up waiting over an hour just for some blood work. The women work like snails. I have never had to wait this long for some blood work. Do better.
The people working here are rude, and have no clue about the appointment or walk in system. There is no point in booking an appointment here unless you want to fight with the staff and remind them you have an appointment. They enjoy making people wait.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. The Filipino lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made inappropriate comments in Tagalog, not realizing that I also speak the language.As a patient, I felt disrespected and insulted. It’s very concerning that staff would speak negatively about patients. My mom & I visited the Don Mills lab. I like going to this location on a Saturday as it’s not as busy esp. near lunch time. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient considering there’s only two of them on that day.
I had an appointment booked for 3:50 PM and arrived at 3:55 PM. Even though it was only a five-minute delay, I was told my appointment could not be honored and that I would need to wait as a walk-in instead. While I understand the importance of punctuality, I felt the approach could have been more flexible and customer-friendly.
