My mom & I visited the Don Mills lab. I like going to this location on a Saturday as it’s not as busy esp. near lunch time. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient considering there’s only two of them on that day.
I had an appointment booked for 3:50 PM and arrived at 3:55 PM. Even though it was only a five-minute delay, I was told my appointment could not be honored and that I would need to wait as a walk-in instead. While I understand the importance of punctuality, I felt the approach could have been more flexible and customer-friendly. Friendly front desk at the lab but very slow with drop in and also late for appointments. They couldn't do my x-ray as scheduled and did not call to let me know or call to reschedule.
