I went to Alpha Health Services for physio (chest and above ankle), and had a great experience with Daniel. He really took the time to understand exactly where my pain was coming from, helped pinpoint the issue, and walked me through exercises that actually made sense. I appreciated that he explained the “why” behind everything, not just what to do. Felt very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
ALPHA is the best. Whether I had long-term issues or need a one-session check-up, the physios and RMTs have always been very helpful and able to get my body back to baselin. I've probably seen at least half the team at this point as I usually just go in for short-term issues so don't need a long-term physio/RMT and never had a complaint. Admin team is also awesome, which is rare in many clinics.
I had a great experience with Louise Fonteyne and this clinic. I came in with hip pain and saw dramatic improvement in just four sessions. Louise was efficient and thorough in her assessment, and very methodical in her treatment, combining hands‑on work with clear, targeted at‑home exercises. Louise is a thoughtful and intelligent practitioner, and has a great sense of humour. She focused on providing the tools I needed to integrate my treatment into my daily routine — which for me as a chronic procrastinator is a revelation!
