I was referred to Alpha by my doctor and I went to see Leeanna Maher for a pelvic floor therapy session. She was very helpful, first by explaining all the anatomical information to me, and basically helping me to get to know my own body! Then she showed my how to learn new habits, connect with physical sensations, and understand how to help my pelvic floor to relax and function properly. I learned so much from her.
