The doctors are fine, the billing now managed by Optum will give you a heart attack, as it is relentless (texts, Emails, Mail) and constantly inaccurate. I'm sorry to post this review, as I had been a patient there for a decade. Not any more. Stay away!
The appointment was worth the wait. I was there to see Andrea Davila and I was impressed by her personable character and attentiveness in listening to my health concerns. Not only did she go above and beyond to add an additional blood test so I could avoid getting tested twice, she booked a dermatology appointment on my behalf and sent a prescription so I could find some relief during the waiting period until I had my next appointment. I wouldn’t recommend. The doctor I saw was okay as far as bedside manner but the staff I dealt with to get to the doctor were rude and unprofessional. You have to call maybe five times to get an answer At the West Orange office and when you do get a person on the phone, they are annoyed that they have to help you. Dr. Harry Chu is a concerned great doctor.
Do not visit Dr.Daniel Lee for any type of mental health treatments. My experience was rushed (5 minute visit where he interrupted me multiple times and threw the towel in saying he couldn't help me). This doctor is impatient, dismissive, uncompassionate, and obviously doesn't care about his patients (he doesn't even let them finish explaining why they are seeking help). Don't waste your time.
