Wonderful selection, prices and installation. Our sales person, at the Venice America Stone, Mark Zech, assisted us in choosing the perfect Quartz for our counter top replacements. The installation team, led by Joaldo and Charles, did a beautiful job and were in and out in a few hours. We are very pleased with choosing Alpha/America. Happy to recommend this company. Went to Alpha Granite for countertops. The very first piece I saw was at their front door. I was in love. It was a marble piece with black, white, gold and gray the Panda piece. My husband and I spoke with Jerry, and he gave us great information on all the stones the care of stones and suggested to get a rough measurement of our kitchen and send it to him so that he could give us an estimate of what it would cost. Not only do they not make the install date, “ours was a week late”. Our installer had only been on the job for 2 weeks. Our stone although beautiful, has multiple areas of chips, scratches, remaining residue, & water spots . Our Island was cut with a seam in the middle, and the installers either broke one half, it broke in transit, or while being cut, and now has uneven seams with obvious patching.
